Halle Berry shows off her growing baby bump at the premiere of “The Call“ in Buenos Aires, Argentina on Monday.
In the movie, directed by Brad Anderson, she stars as a 911 operator who’s traumatized by a devastating call, and must confront that same killer in order to save the life of a girl, played by Abigail Breslin. I saw the movie a few weeks ago, and while I don’t ordinarily go for traumatic thrillers, this one worked on all levels.
As for her pregnancy — her second child and the first with fiance Olivier Martinez — the 46-year-old star opened up about the baby to CNN.
“I feel fantastic,” she said. “This has been the biggest surprise of my life to tell you the truth. I thought I was kind of past the point where this could be a reality for me. So it’s been a big surprise and the most wonderful.”
